Pacific Sourdough is a small artisan bakery located next to Alsea Bay on the Oregon Coast. We create natural leavened sourdough breads, delicious pastries and specialty desserts, all made from scratch. All of the breads and pastries are handmade in small batches. They contain no preservatives, artificial ingredients or hydrogenated oils. We use sustainable northwest grown wheat flours, organic nuts, spices, and seeds, locally made butter and the best fruits of the season.

a rich departure from the customary pie. Caramelized sugar, cream and spices flavor our pumpkin custard richly without being too sweet. We’ll even send you home with a pint of our vanilla bean whipped cream!
_____HOUSE-MADE BRANDIED MINCE - $35
a traditional confit of apples and dried fruits simmered with brandy, citrus and spices fill an all butter double crust.
_____CRANBERRY ALMOND TART - $24
fresh cranberries brighten a rich and buttery frangipane almond, pistachio and orange filling.

______SPICED PEAR-HAZELNUT GENOISE - $30
4 layers of light French cake with a filling of sliced pears poached with vanilla, cinnamon, white wine and honey, iced with vanilla bean whipped cream, finished with crushed toasted hazelnuts. Fresh, rich and light all at once.
______CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER CAKE - $30
2 layers of rich buttery chocolate cake with a Grand Marnier white chocolate filling, covered in dark chocolate ganache and piled with chocolate curls. Fun and festive!
Handmade Dinner Rolls, pans of 6 - $4.50

_____ POTATO, soft white rolls like grandma made. Also perfect for sliders the day after!

You can visit the bakery on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 to 3 at 740 NE Mill Street in Walport's Old Town area. Limited hours, hard to find but worth searching out and getting something wonderful
